Located on a hill overlooking the sea in Karşıyaka, Kyrenia, Aqualina is designed as a tribute to the sea and nature. The urban design is inspired by the megarons and ancient temples, whıch were the first spatial organizations of the region, and the residential blocks are designed to form an open courtyard with an open sea front and the sea view is included in the courtyard. This courtyard, which is defined by the blocks, gradually accommodates sports areas, restaurants, pools, event areas, and thus every space establishes a relationship with the sea. Whether you are having a snack in the restaurant, sunbathing by the pool or attending a yoga workshop in the yoga area, the Mediterranean Sea will accompany you every time. The name Aqualina comes from this orientation.
