Locus Edremit is a residential complex consisting of 21 luxury villas in Kyrenia, Cyprus. The site extends parallel to the sea shore to the north and Beşparmak Mountains to the south. Main aim of the projects is to create a neighborhood strengthening the community identity at the same time providing private open and semi-open spaces for the residents. There are six different villa types in the complex providing different qualities for different needs. All villas have private swimming pools which supports the garden areas and gives the interiors a waterfront view. All of the pools and gardens are situated on the back yards and defined by stone walls and green walls. On the street side plot borders are defined with landscape supporting the street life. Villas are also designed to support this public private transition by having more solid facades on the streetside and more transparent facades on the garden sides. All the roof tops are utilized by placing roof bars and terraces which have great mountain and sea views.
