Twin Towers

The main indicator of design is the city vista over the urban green to the east of the site. Two office towers are designed as urban windows, both facing the city and are being observed as landmarks. The core of the towers is placed on the west side, simultaneously shielding offices from the western sun and freeing the eastern façade for the vista. Balconies surrounding the offices are planned to provide easy access to fresh air.
